#23: American Bandogge

The American Bandogge is a cross breed between an American Pit Bull Terrier and a Neapolitan Mastiff. As you can tell from the picture below, the American Bandogee is a very large and incredibly strong dog. Despite its muscular, athletic build, it’s worth noting that the American Bandogge was not originally bred for fighting (though some misguided owners have used it for fighting nonetheless).


Although the size and strength of this breed make it a potential danger, it does have several positive traits. American Bandogge’s are known to be extremely intelligent, confident, loyal and teachable.
